In the shopping centre, the counting function is essential for the operator because following the number of visitors allows to:
- measure the impact of promotional actions
- calculate commercial efficiency by comparing visits and sales (conversion rate)

To meet these needs, ACIC offers a customer counting solution based on the Acic PeopleCounting® product.
Acic PeopleCounting® accurately counts directional passages in front of a camera. The camera can be mounted on a low or high ceiling and the passage can be wide. The counting data can be consulted by a user interface or are communicated to a client database (CRM, …).
In the context of controlled people flows (escalators, corridors), ACIC offers a specific version of Acic PeopleCounting®.
